Two workshops of 2.5 hours in Amsterdam or Online for 4–8 participants. Includes access to the Retail Insights content library and a “rescue service” for when challenges arise—I’ll spend 30 minutes 1:1 helping to tackle the issue.

For example, for Dodoni in Greece, an in-company program was created, featuring an online kick-off and 1.5 days of on-site training for the sales and marketing team. For Morenso, a loyalty-concept provider, a half day workshop is integrated in their strategy day.
